Vanessa Luna Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist & Esthetician With nearly 10 years of experience, I am a licensed permanent makeup artist and esthetician proudly serving clients across New Mexico. Since 2017, my passion has been helping individuals feel confident, empowered, and radiant through the transformative art of cosmetic tattooing and advanced skincare. As the founder of Luna Bella Ink Permanent Makeup & Academy, I specialize in creating beautifully natural-looking results, including powder ombré brows, nano brows, lip blush, and eyeliner. I am also highly experienced in correcting and improving previous permanent makeup, restoring both confidence and balance to my clients’ features. In addition to working with clients, I am proud to offer a New Mexico State Board-approved Permanent Makeup Licensure Course, where I train and mentor future artists through hands-on, real-world education. Cancellation Policy
No refunds on any services, for any reason.
All appointments require a deposit, which is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
48 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.
Any cancellations made within the last 48 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit of $100.
Cancellations that occur within 6 hours of your appointment will be charged 75% of the total cost of the service scheduled.
No call no shows will be required to pay in full to reschedule appointment.
Exceptions can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a 75% charge of the original service booked.

Lateness Policy
Please note that if you are late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 5 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 75% of the service scheduled.
Please note Luna Bella Ink does not allow guests or children in the procedure room. There is a waiting area for your guest, however children may not be left unattended.
